Fitness Classes

After a long time being closed we are now open for Personal Training and Fitness classes.

We will keep the class schedule the same as operated in lockdown. Classes will be available live in the studio and we will also stream them via Zoom.

Additional we are starting outdoor classes from 10th of June.

At Wazfit Studio we offer an extensive range of fitness classes for all fitness levels with various times to choose from, to help you schedule exercise into your busy lifestyle.

Each of our four qualified instructors; Joanna, Carmelina and Tracy are keeping classes fresh and up to date and are here to help you achieve your fitness goals, while inspiring you to look and feel better.

Our aim is to provide safe, effective, motivating and enjoyable group exercise sessions with provision for all abilities, fitness levels, ages and experience.


At Wazfit you can really enjoy exercise whilst improving your health and fitness. Within our timetable you will find classes which will help you improve your posture and flexibility by strengthening your core and improving a range of motion in your joints. We can recommend this for people recovering from injury or back problems.

These classes are: Pilates, Yoga, Core Stability and Yogatone. Please see our class descriptions.

We also offer classes specifically for senior fitness, they are designed for people who are looking for a less intense exercise with low joint impact. These classes will improve cardiovascular (aerobic) endurance and tone up your body.

Our senior fitness classes are: Low Impact Aerobics, Pilates and Gentle Yoga. Please see our class descriptions.

For anyone looking for more intense classes we also offer a range of Higher Intensity classes at our studio. These classes target the largest muscle groups in the body for greater effect this will help you raise metabolism and improve your ability to burn fat.

For anyone who didn’t find a suitable class or would like help or assistance regarding our classes we offer a free one to one consultation to assist with class choice.

It is useful to arrive 5 minutes before your classes starts and important that you wear comfortable clothing and clean shoes. Also please ensure you have enough water to drink. All equipment required for our fitness classes is provided.
