It’s a low-impact, deep-reaching work-out for your core muscles. Pilates strengthens and stretches, frees you from poor postural habits, helps heal back, neck and other joint problems, and alleviates tension and fatigue. The secrets to working your deep layers of core muscle and truly toning up are: proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement.
Yogatone class is good mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates which builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
You will begin with easy, flowing Tai Chi moves to leave your day behind, center yourself and warm your body. The instructor will then take you through various Yoga and Pilates sequences to strengthen and tone your key muscle groups. Poses and stretches are used to create suppleness and flexibility. The final 10 minutes are set aside for the widely acknowledged mental and physiological benefits of meditation which also enhances the effects of the exercise.

This class will consist of 20 minutes of any form of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and then 20 minutes of core stability.
This all-in-one group fitness class will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and revitalized. You will be having fun, as well as helping your body. Enjoy increased cardiovascular strength, strengthened muscles, enhanced coordination, balance and increased flexibility.
Low Impact Aerobic
A fun class to the rhythm of music involving a rhythmic, continuous movement that exercises large muscle groups which help to improve cardiovascular (aerobic) endurance. This is one of the most important aspects of fitness. This workout improves the ability of your heart, lungs and blood vessels to provide oxygen to your muscles during physical activity and also concentrates on reducing impact and forces at the joints. On this class we also use dumbbells to help you strengthen and tone your body. Low impact and strength exercises will build strong muscles that help support and protect your joints.
This class is ideal for everyone who likes fun and music and wants to get fit without overworking their joints. This class will also help you control your weight and give you more stamina. That way you’ll have more energy to get through your day.
