Your bespoke training plan will be created with you in mind, ensuring every session is as unique as you are. I’ll consider your specific needs and goals, your fitness level, age, and any medical conditions or injuries. I’ll create a balanced workout by incorporating a range of exercises. We can work together to unleash your full potential with a plan that’s exclusively yours. Written training plans available as an additional service where requested.

Injury prevention and posture correction
This area of fitness is a true passion of mine. Injury prevention and good posture is crucial for keeping overall health and well-being in check. Recognising and correcting improper body mechanics while addressing overall musculoskeletal health can reduce the risk of common injuries such as back pain, neck ache and knee strain. I can provide the relevant information, training plans and practical steps to emphasise the long-term benefits of maintaining good posture while also preventing injury.

Nutritional and mental well-being advice
What we eat influences both physical and mental health, and yet good nutrition is challenging for all of us. Each individual’s dietary needs and preferences are unique and optimising nutrition requires a strong understanding of food science. I can share my knowledge and experience to support you in moving towards a better, healthier and more balanced diet. I’ll offer positive reinforcement to empower you in this area and beyond.
